5 More Things About Me!

Hello, students! Welcome to the blog for Freshman C English at Dongguk University! I hope you are having a good first week at school! In class we introduced ourselves. For your homework, you will write about yourself! If you would like to get some extra credit or practice blogging, you can also comment on this blog entry and tell me more about yourself!

Here are 5 more things about me!

1. I met my husband in 2004 in Portland, Oregon. Here is a picture!

This picture is from the Japanese Garden in Portland, Oregon on the first day I met my husband (on the right).

2. I love movies! I like all kinds of movies: musicals, romantic movies, horror movies, everything!

3. I am tall, but my younger brother is much taller than me!

Left to right: Me, my dad and my brother, Thomas in front of the bank where my dad works.

4. I can sing songs in German and French! Can you sing any songs in English? Would you like to learn some? Below is the first song I learned in German from a Disney movie. Disney movies are good songs to learn in another language because they often have lyrics at the bottom.

5. Some of my favorite TV shows are "Game of Thrones", "Project Runway" and "Seinfeld" (which is an American comedy from the 1990s.) What kind of TV shows do you watch? Below you can see a clip from "Seinfeld" with subtitles.

If you like, comment on this entry and tell me something else about you! Until next week, take care! :)
